We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Gorilla Godz reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

*Please read below to clarify what is returnable.*

If the item (s) is damaged or defective in anyway (examples: manifesting defects, misprinted, cut, torn, holes, etc.), or wrong item or product was sent in error on our part will be handled at our expense. Please provide pictures in the email.

We do not refund orders for due to Buyer’s Remorse.

If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered. This would be handled at your own expense by placing a new order.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions personal care and hygiene reasons We do not accept Returns on Face Masks, Neck Gaiters or Socks. These items will be destroyed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In circumstances where you consider a product to be defective, please contact us by email. Please provide the following information we will need:

- Receipt or proof of purchase

- Order number

- Pictures

- Brief description

If your return is accepted, We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

*Note: Shipping and handling charges including duties will not be refunded*

Please note that it can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days for a refund to be processed back to your account.

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Package (s) will be rejected and sent back at customer’s cost.*

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable and Non-refundable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, and will not be refunded such as:

*Due to Covid-19 restrictions personal care and hygiene reasons. Items below are Non Refundable*

- Face Mask

- Neck Gaiters

- Socks

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

Unfortunately, due to Covid 19, we are unable to make any exchanges at this time. Please verify all sizes to chart description provided on each article of clothing.
